My name is Valery and I am excited to bring delicious Puerto Rican flans to Vermont! My mother has been baking flans for family gatherings since I can remember, and I am excited to share my families traditional Puerto Rican flan with you!

Cooking Puerto Rican food is a way for me to connect to my roots and I have often been told by friends and family “Valery these flans are incredible you should sell them!".
